Stress Response

Pressure shows up differently in everyone. Some people stay level; some feel it hard and fast. Some notice their feelings right away; some push through and notice later. And everyone has different things that carry them through: hope, persistence, or both.

You'll rate 36 short statements on four scales: two about how pressure shows up in you, and two about what helps you through. About five minutes. This is self-reflection, not a mental-health assessment.

Questions from four public-domain IPIP scales: IPIP-NEO Vulnerability (shown reversed, as steadiness), Attending to Emotions (Barchard, 2001), and IPIP-VIA Hope and Perseverance, a few gently reworded. Not a diagnosis or a mental-health assessment. Results show your own answers, not a comparison with other people. Your answers stay in this browser.
